DELIVERY

All original Jodie Guirey jewelry is made to order. Delivery times may vary as some pieces will take longer than others. Please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive. If you need an item by a certain date, please email us and we can do our best to expedite the process as much as possible within reason. All vintage jewelry will be shipped within 48 hours of payment.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are shipped out of our studio.

Free UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping on all US orders

 

INTERNATIONAL 

We accept most international orders. Please email us at studio@jodieguirey.com before you order so we can calculate the best shipping costs and shipping courier for you.

RETURNS

If for some reason you are unhappy with your bespoke or vintage purchase you may exchange your item for store credit. Please email studio@jodieguirey.com within 3 days of receiving the item so we can provide instructions for the return. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. All custom jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please make sure your ring size is accurate before purchasing. We are not responsible for ring orders that are already delivered and need to be resized. See below for more on repairs. We also offer Ring Gauge Sizers for $5 if you are unsure of your size. You can email us at studio@jodieguirey.com to purchase one.

Jodie Guirey is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We always ship our orders with UPS which provides tracking information.

 

REPAIRS
