Everyone’s story is special. I like to start my consultations with a conversation about the inspiration of the piece. This will be done over phone, video chat, or in person. We’ll go deep into who it is for, why we are making it, and the details of the story that will be remembered through the piece. I’ll give you a breakdown of the journey of our project, materials, and my suggestions based on your budget.

Our second meeting will be focused on gemstones. I will source stones based on the information we’ve gathered and your budget. When you fall in love with a stone, a deposit will be made to secure it.

During our third meeting, I will provide a collection of rough sketches of your custom piece and incorporate all the details that will make it special and unique. We will go over any changes and ensure all details are discussed.

When the final hand sketch is approved, your piece will be rendered with a computer-aided design program. You will be able to see your piece scaled to size in every angle on the computer to ensure it’s perfection.

Once the final rendering is approved, your piece will be printed in wax and casted in your choice of material. All stones will be set by a local jeweler and your piece will be forged by hand to accentuate the special details and to create the perfect finish.

If this is a gift, a presentation is especially important to tie it all together. I will give suggestions on the perfect encasing that will compliment your custom piece and create a beautiful experience that you will cherish forever.
