14k & 18k Solid Gold

Fine Jewelry

Daily Care

All 14k and 18k gold jewelry will not tarnish with proper care. Be mindful of your jewelry while exercising or performing any rigorous activities. With excessive force, rings can deform, and settings and stones can come loose.

Storage

Store your fine jewelry in an enclosed space between soft materials like velvet or linen. Make sure. to keep each piece stored separately so they don't scratch or tangle each other.

Cleaning

Your fine jewelry can be washed gently with water and mild soap. Dry completely with a soft, dry cloth. Every once in a while use the polishing cloth provided for consistent shine.

Fashion & Demi-fine Jewelry

Daily Care

Keep your jewelry fresh and clean by doing your best to minimize it's contact with water, cleaning and beauty products, and anything containing alcohol. Remove jewelry prior to exercise, washing your hands, showering, or swimming.

Storage

Store all your jewelry in an enclosed and airtight box or bag, especially if it's sterling silver. This will minimize tarnishing and will help keep your jewelry shiny and fresh.

  • Solid Gold

    Gold is mixed with harder metals for jewelry so that it keeps it's shape and is wearable.

    14k Gold: "585" or "14K"
    18k Gold: "750" or "18K"

  • Gold Vermeil / Sterling Silver

    Gold Vermeil is at least 2.5 microns of gold plated over Sterling Silver. Both will be marked with "925"

  • Gold-Filled

    Gold-filled jewelry is at least 5% gold bonded to base metal, mostly brass. Most will be marked with "14/20" or "GF"

  • Unmarked / Unsure
